International Cooperation Grants
You are a cultural institution. You have an excellent idea for a collaborative project with another institution and a strong aspiration to bring it to life. One of you is a Ukrainian other is a European, or there are more than two Ukrainian or European organisations interested in working together. If so, we have the grant to cover the expenses of your project.
We will fund a project because we support cultural exchanges between Ukrainians and their EU colleagues. We believe that a collaborative project can become the beginning of long-lasting cooperation and enrich members of both institutions professionally. We want to internationalise the Ukrainian art scene and see International Cooperation Grants as a way to achieve this.
You can apply for an International Cooperation Grant twice a year: in spring and autumn. Follow this page or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when your call opens.

This is for impactful and timely ideas
Create anything: a cold-wave music festival, a contemporary art exhibition, or a conference on urban studies featuring intellectuals from Ukraine and the EU. We will support any initiative, as long as it resonates with the needs of Ukrainian society and makes a difference.
This is for projects that involve digital technologies
Hold festivals, exhibitions, and concerts online, or top up in-person events with digital elements. Technology might not be the centrepiece of your project, but should definitely be a piece of it.
This is for cultural organisations from Ukraine and the EU
International Cooperation Grants support public non-profit organisations in the sphere of culture and creative industries. We value bright ideas first, but we also care whether you have relevant experience and a portfolio of projects.
This is for Ukrainian audiences and culture
We aim to boost Ukrainian culture and provide local audiences with entrancing projects to enjoy. Choose Ukraine as a location for in-person events and take care of translation into Ukrainian for online formats. You can still carry out events in the EU if they are elements of a more complex activity held in Ukraine.
This is for different teams: from small to highly multicultural
You can carry out a project with only one partner or invite other organisations from the EU, the UK, and post-Soviet countries to join in. The more diverse the team, the better.
This is for you!
