Art residency for choreographers in Paris

This is a chance to present your choreographic performance to the French audience. You will spend a month in Paris, receive an honorarium, and be assured that the organisers will cover all travel, accommodation, and food expenses.

The programme is managed by the Chaillot National Dance Theater, the Contemporary Dance Platform, and the Ukrainian Institute in France. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

Can I apply?
This residency is for Ukrainian choreographers who have completed at least three projects in the last five years.
What do I need to apply?
  • Motivational letter in Ukrainian
  • CV in English — up to two pages
  • Portfolio in English including three choreographic projects for the professional stage
  • A brief description of the project you want to implement during the residency
  • Detailed budget

All documents must be in PDF format.

How do I apply?

By July 15, send a package of documents to ua.dance.platform@gmail.com. The letter's subject is "Fabrique Chaillot: Demande de participation."

The winners will be announced on 1 August. If you do not receive a letter within three days, your application has not been selected.
