This is a training programme on European integration and leadership for young people.

Active discussions, lectures by Ukrainian and foreign experts and a study visit to Vienna await you from September to June next year. You will also meet like-minded people with whom you can implement projects that will enrich your portfolio. Participation is free.

The programme is managed by Internews Ukraine under the initiative and support of the ERSTE Foundation (Austria). This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

  • 45 online lectures from diplomats and leading experts from the EU, the USA and Ukraine, who will talk about leadership, public administration, digitalisation, sustainable development and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine

Can I apply?

The organisers are waiting for applications from young leaders who:

  • Are aged 21-27 years
  • Have a bachelor's or a higher educational degree
  • Know English well (B2 or higher)
  • Have professional experience and want to join the programme

  • By August 2, fill out the online form.
  • If your application is successful, organisers will invite you for an online interview in English.
  • In September, the organisers will announce 30 winners.
